Step 2
Answer these questions
Skip anything that doesn’t apply. Voice notes and rough bullet points are just as useful as polished answers.
First impressions
- A or B: which feels more like you and your work? Why?
- What do you like about each one? What would you change?
- Is there anything that feels off-brand, too salesy, too soft, or not “you”?
The opening story and the words
- The page opens with “Everything looks fine. So why doesn’t it feel that way?” and a short story about why someone is here. Does that describe the people you most want to reach? What words or phrases do your clients actually use when they first come to you?
- Who should the homepage speak to first: men, couples, or leaders? Or all three equally?
- Are there words or phrases you love, or would never use?
The next step: “Tell your story”
- The main invitation is “Do you want to tell your story? Meet with Travis.” Is a conversation with you the right first step?
- How should people book that conversation: a calendar link (for example Calendly), an application form, or an email? What happens on that first call?
- Would you also like a gentler option for people who aren’t ready to talk yet, like an email list or a free practice?
Programs
- Not Done Yet: what’s the current length, the next cohort, and the dates? Should the price appear on the site?
- Couples: how does this site relate to transformationalintimacy.com? How would you like Sarah Entrup’s role described?
- Is your executive and leadership coaching still active? Who is it for today?
- Anything we’re missing, or anything that should no longer be offered?
Stories and proof
- Do we have permission to feature Chris B., Dov M., Oliver B., Phillipe De Clerck, John & Tera and your other testimonial clients by name?
- Are there two or three clients willing to share a longer story, through a short interview or written answers?
- Do you have any video testimonials, or clients who’d record one?
- May we name the organizations you’ve worked with (for example Expedia Group, TAQA North, Back in Motion)?
Photos, logo and the rest
- Can you share the high-resolution originals from your 2026 shoots, and any other photos or footage you love?
- Any photos you’d rather we not use?
- Do you have a logo or wordmark file? If not, would you like us to design one?
- Anything else we should know: your story, your values, what makes this work different?

Send us as much as you can
How to send it
Reply to Cody with your answers. Typed, voice notes, screenshots with notes on them: whatever is easiest. More is better. Nothing is too small or too blunt.
What happens next
- We turn your answers into a second brief.
- We come back with any questions that need clarifying.
- Then round 2 of the homepage, followed by the rest of the site.
